Afyon Sugar White Marble is the most luminous member of the famous Afyon marble family, quarried in Afyonkarahisar (İscehisar), Turkey. Its crystalline white ground has the texture of powdered sugar, crossed by the faintest clouds of honey and cream. Unlike opaque, matte white marbles, Afyon Sugar refracts light on its surface and adds depth to a space with its semi-translucent structure.
 
Architects choose it to create a “Sterile Luxury” atmosphere in clinics, aesthetic centers, spas and the bathrooms of luxury residences. Because it contains pure calcite and no iron oxide, it does not yellow over time — an investment that lasts generations.
